Stone wall cladding inside and out.

Large format sintered stone panels for exterior facades and interior feature walls. UV stable, non-porous and rated for full weather exposure. Samples delivered nationally within 48 hours.

Travertino Pearl sintered stone facade cladding

A facade that does not weather.

Exterior wall cladding has to survive what the building sits in: UV, rain, salt air and thermal movement, for decades, without a repaint. Sintered stone is fired from natural minerals above 1200 degrees Celsius, so the colour runs through the panel rather than sitting on it as a coating. It does not fade, chalk or need resealing, and because panels come in large format the facade reads as continuous stone rather than a grid of small tiles.

Every surface. Wall and facade.

Every colour below is available as large format cladding for exterior facades and interior walls, in the same range used for benchtops. Samples delivered within 48 hours.

Four reasons it beats brick, render and tile.

01

Colour Through the Panel

Fired from natural minerals, so the colour is not a surface coating. Render and paint need recoating, sintered stone does not.

02

Large Format

Panels cover more wall with fewer joins, so a facade reads as continuous stone instead of a grid of small tiles.

03

UV and Weather Stable

Colourfast in full sun and rated for freeze and thaw, with no sealing schedule to maintain across a whole building.

04

Interior and Exterior

The same panel works on an external facade and an internal feature wall, so a material can carry through from outside to in.

Sintered stone wall cladding on an architectural facade

The feature wall without the grout.

Inside, the same panels line walls, fireplaces, stairwells and bathrooms. Because the format is large, a wall can be covered with very few joins and no grout grid, which is what makes a stone wall read as one surface rather than as tiling. It is non-porous, so it suits wet areas without sealing, and it can be matched to a benchtop cut from the same range so a kitchen and its surrounding walls share one stone.

Wall Cladding Questions.

What is stone wall cladding?

Stone wall cladding is a non structural layer of stone fixed to a wall to form its finished surface, either outside as a facade or inside as a feature wall. Sintered stone cladding comes in large format panels fired above 1200 degrees Celsius, so the colour runs through the material rather than sitting on top as a coating, and it does not need sealing or recoating.

Can sintered stone be used for exterior wall cladding?

Yes. Sintered stone is UV stable and frost resistant, so it is suited to full exterior exposure including coastal sites with salt air. It will not fade, chalk or require resealing, which is the main practical difference from rendered or painted facades that need recoating on a cycle.

What is the difference between wall cladding and tiles?

The difference is format and how the wall reads. Tiles are small and produce a grid of grout lines across the whole surface. Sintered stone cladding comes in large format panels, so a wall is covered with very few joins and no grout grid, and it reads as one continuous piece of stone.

Can the same stone be used inside and outside?

Yes, and it is a common specification. The same panel range works on an exterior facade and an interior feature wall, so a material can carry from the outside of a building through to the inside. It can also be matched to a benchtop cut from the same range.

Does stone cladding need sealing or repainting?

No. Sintered stone is non-porous from manufacture and the colour is fired through the panel, so there is no sealing schedule and nothing to repaint. Rendered and painted facades need recoating periodically, and natural stone cladding generally needs sealing.
