Asetica has announced the launch of Travertino Pearl, a new sintered stone surface that captures the timeless beauty of natural travertine with cutting-edge precision. Developed using advanced 3D carved surface technology, Travertino Pearl delivers an authentic stone texture and depth previously unseen in porcelain or sintered materials.

Available now across Perth and Sydney showrooms, this new design reflects Asetica’s continued commitment to innovation, sustainability, and natural aesthetics in modern surface design. Travertino Pearl combines visual warmth and tactile realism with the technical performance that defines Asetica’s sintered stone range.

Design Innovation: Bringing Real Stone to Life

Travertino Pearl stands out through its integration of 3D carved technology, a process that embosses subtle ridges and natural stone textures directly into the surface of each slab. The result is a realistic, layered finish that mimics the natural variation of quarried travertine, but with the consistency and strength of modern sintered stone.

The surface is finished in a soft matte texture, enhancing its natural look while reducing glare in bright Australian kitchens. The neutral, creamy base tone with gentle warm veining makes it versatile for contemporary or classic interiors. It pairs effortlessly with timber, brushed brass, or soft neutral cabinetry.

Asetica’s head of brand Ty Pryor says that, “Travertino Pearl bridges the gap between natural and engineered surfaces. The 3D carved process delivers the depth of real stone without the maintenance.”

Sustainability and Performance

Like all materials in the Techlam sintered stone collection, Travertino Pearl is crafted from 100% natural minerals, produced under high heat and pressure to form a dense, non porous slab. It contains up to 95% recycled content and is fully recyclable at end of life.

The slabs are available in 12 mm and 20 mm thicknesses, offering flexibility for benchtops, splashbacks, and wall applications. The non porous surface resists stains, scratches, and heat. Its UV stability supports long-term color retention in sunlit spaces common across Australia.

Designed for Australian Living

Travertino Pearl meets the demand for natural texture and low-maintenance luxury. In Sydney and Perth, where light, warmth, and practicality guide design, this surface offers an organic feel with modern performance. IOdeal for high-use kitchens and commercial spaces.

Architects and interior designers can specify a surface that looks and feels authentic while maintaining the technical benefits of sintered stone. Travertino Pearl advances Asetica’s mission to redefine engineered surfaces through design innovation, technical excellence, and responsible sourcing.
