We photograph the finished space.

By entering, you agree that if you win, we can photograph and film the completed job and use those images in our marketing, on the website and social channels. We arrange the shoot around you, and we pay for it.

And follow us on Instagram. You need to be following @asetica_stone at the time of the draw. It is free, it takes a second, and it is where we announce the winners.

Entering for a client, or a property you do not own? You need to be able to get the owner's agreement. We never publish the street address, and we do not identify anyone in the images without their say-so.

It is a condition of entering, not of receiving the prize. The slabs are transferred within 28 days of the draw whether or not the job has been built or photographed.

Questions

The bits people ask about.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. Not to visit, not to enter, and not to receive a prize. Entry is free and the slabs are handed over at no cost, freight included. You pay your stonemason for fabrication and installation, which you would be doing anyway and which is not part of the prize.

Don't you quote the job?

No, we don't quote. We supply the stone. You choose a colour with us, then your own stonemason measures, prices and builds the job. When they contact us about your stone and reference your name, that is your entry.

What if my stonemason forgets to mention me?

That is exactly why we ask you to register. Fill in the form above with your name and who you are using, and we will match it up when they get in touch. If you think your entry has not been recorded, email us before entries close and we will check the register.

Can I use any stonemason?

Yes. Use whoever you like. We are not asking you to switch fabricators and we are not taking a cut of their work.

When do the benchtops need to go in?

Your job needs to be going in during Q4 2026 (October to December), Q1 2027 (January to March) or Q2 2027 (April to June). It is a live job we are after, not a someday plan.

How many people win?

Three. The major prize is the stone for the winner's quoted benchtop, up to four slabs. Second prize is two slabs, third prize is one slab. All in any colour from the range.

How do referrals work?

Refer someone who is also after benchtops. If they register and their stonemason quotes their job, your entries double. And if the person you referred takes the major prize, we put up to three slabs towards your job as well.

Can I pick any colour?

Yes. Any colour from any range in the Asetica collection, Classic through Luxury, subject to what is in stock when you make your selection. There is no excluded range.

When do I get the stone?

Within 28 days of the draw, so on or before 11 January 2027. You choose your colour and where it goes within 7 days of us telling you that you have won. If your build is months away, we will hold it for you at no charge.

Does it go to me or my stonemason?

Your call. We can freight it to your stonemason, to another Victorian address you nominate, or you can collect. We pay the freight either way.

Who can enter?

Victorian residents aged 18 or over, and Victorian-registered businesses. Our staff and their families cannot enter. The draw runs at the South Yarra showroom only.

Do I have to follow you on Instagram?

Yes. Entrants need to be following @asetica_stone at the time of the draw, which is where we announce the three winners. It is free and it is the only thing we ask of you online.

Will you add me to a mailing list?

Not unless you ask. Registering or entering does not subscribe you to anything. Marketing consent is a separate, optional tick box and it is never a condition of entering or of receiving a prize.

Conditions of entry for the Asetica “Quote and Win” trade promotion lottery. A copy is available at the South Yarra showroom at the point of entry.

  1. Promoter. Asetica Surfaces Pty Ltd ABN 23 674 072 112, 14 Wilson Street, South Yarra VIC 3141. The promotion promotes the Promoter's own business, and the Promoter consents to it in writing.
  2. Eligibility. Open to residents of Victoria aged 18 or over and to businesses registered in Victoria. Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, anyone involved in awarding entries or determining the winners, and their immediate families, are ineligible. The promotion is conducted and advertised in Victoria only.
  3. Entry period. 9.00am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 to 5.00pm AEDT on Thursday 10 December 2026.
  4. Entry is free. No purchase is required to enter, to visit the showroom, or to receive a prize. The Promoter does not quote the entrant's project.
  5. How to enter. An entry is recorded when all of the following have occurred during the entry period: (a) the entrant has attended the Promoter's South Yarra showroom, by appointment or as a walk-in, and selected a colour from the Asetica range; and (b) the entrant's own stonemason or fabricator has quoted the entrant's benchtop project and has contacted the Promoter in connection with that project, identifying the entrant by name; and (c) the entrant is following the Promoter's Instagram account @asetica_stone and is still following it at the time of the draw. One entry per project. The entrant is the person named by the stonemason and recorded in the Promoter's entry register.
  6. Registering your visit. Entrants are encouraged to register their visit through the form on this page so the Promoter holds their name before the stonemason makes contact. Registering is free and is not itself an entry, but it allows the Promoter to match a stonemason's contact to the right entrant. An entrant who believes their entry has not been recorded may contact the Promoter at enquiries@asetica.com.au before the close of the entry period and the Promoter will check and correct the register.
  7. Project timing. The entrant's benchtops must be scheduled for installation during Q4 2026 (1 October to 31 December 2026), Q1 2027 (1 January to 31 March 2027) or Q2 2027 (1 April to 30 June 2027). The Promoter may ask the entrant or their stonemason to confirm the installation window, and may disqualify an entry where the project is not genuinely scheduled in that period.
  8. Bonus and doubled entries. Additional entries are awarded as published on this page: a pre-booked appointment; mention of one of the Promoter's published channel words (one bonus entry only, regardless of how many words the entrant has seen); and plans or measurements supplied at the time of the showroom visit. Referrals: where an entrant refers another person who is also seeking benchtops, and that person registers, attends the showroom and has their project quoted by their stonemason during the entry period, the referring entrant's total entries are doubled. A referral counts only where the referred person names the referrer on their registration. Doubling is applied once, regardless of how many people an entrant refers. Every entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
  9. The prizes. Three prizes, each supplied at no charge to the winner:
    • First prize: the Asetica sintered stone slabs required for the winner's quoted benchtop project, to a maximum of four slabs. If the project requires fewer than four, the prize is the number that project requires; if more, the winner receives four and may purchase any additional slabs at the Promoter's usual price.
    • Second prize: two Asetica sintered stone slabs towards the winner's project.
    • Third prize: one Asetica sintered stone slab towards the winner's project.
    Each winner selects the colour from any range in the Asetica collection, subject to stock available at the time of selection. No prize includes fabrication, cutting, edge work, cutouts, installation, or any other material, trade or service. There is no cash alternative and no prize is transferable.
  10. Referrer's prize. If the winner of the first prize was referred by another entrant, and that referral was recorded under clause 8, the referring entrant also receives Asetica sintered stone slabs towards their own quoted project, to a maximum of three slabs, on the same terms as the prizes above. If the referring entrant's project requires fewer than three slabs, the prize is the number that project requires. This applies to the first prize only. Where a referred person wins the second or third prize, no referrer's prize is awarded. A referrer's prize is awarded once, however many people the entrant referred.
  11. No cost to accept a prize. No winner is required to purchase anything, at any stage, in order to accept or receive a prize. The Promoter pays the freight. Each winner chooses one of the following, and the choice is the winner's alone: delivery to the winner's nominated stonemason or fabricator; delivery to another address nominated by the winner within Victoria; or collection from the Promoter. Delivering to a stonemason does not oblige the winner to engage that stonemason, or anyone, for any work. Any fabrication or installation the winner arranges is a separate matter between the winner and their stonemason, and the Promoter is not a party to it.
  12. When prizes are provided. Every prize, including any referrer's prize, is transferred to the winner within 28 days after the draw, that is, on or before 11 January 2027. Each winner selects their colour and nominates a delivery option within 7 days of being notified. If no selection is made in that time, the Promoter allocates slabs from available stock and holds them for the winner, so that the prize is transferred within the 28 day period. Once transferred, the slabs are the winner's property. Where a winner asks the Promoter to store them after transfer, the Promoter holds them at no charge for up to 60 days from the date of transfer, and will deliver them, free of freight, to the winner's nominated Victorian address at any time within that period. After 60 days the winner arranges collection or storage themselves. Storage is not a condition of any prize and does not delay its transfer. Nothing about a winner's project timeline, fabrication schedule or installation date affects the transfer of a prize.
  13. The draw. The draw is conducted at 14 Wilson Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 at 10.00am AEDT on Monday 14 December 2026. Winners are determined by successive random draws from all valid entries recorded in the entry register at the close of the entry period, first prize drawn first, so that every entry has a random and equal chance of being drawn. An entry already drawn is not returned to the draw. The draw is not open to the public. The draw is conducted and recorded by the Promoter, and the entry register and the result are available for inspection on request under clause 17.
  14. Photography and publicity: a condition of entry. By entering, each entrant agrees that if they win a prize:
    • they will give the Promoter reasonable access to photograph and film the completed project, at a mutually convenient time arranged with reasonable notice;
    • the Promoter arranges and pays for the shoot, and no cost falls on the winner;
    • they grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the resulting photographs and video in the Promoter's marketing, including its website, social media channels, printed material and showroom displays;
    • where the entrant is not the owner or occupier of the property, the entrant is responsible for obtaining that person's agreement to the above, and must tell the Promoter promptly if it cannot be obtained; and
    • the Promoter will not publish the property's street address, and will not identify any person appearing in the images without that person's separate agreement.
    This is a condition of entry. It is not a condition of receiving a prize. Prizes are transferred under clause 12 regardless of whether a project has been completed or photographed. A completed project is ordinarily photographed months after the draw, and the Promoter does not withhold, delay or reclaim a prize on account of photography.
  15. Notification and publication. Winners are advised in writing, and by phone and email, within two business days of the draw. Winners are announced on the Promoter's Instagram account @asetica_stone, and their names are published on this page, asetica.com.au/pages/sintered-stone-giveaway-melbourne, for a minimum period of 28 days from Monday 14 December 2026.
  16. Unclaimed prizes. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize, within 7 days of the draw, a redraw for that prize is conducted at the same place at 10.00am AEDT on Monday 21 December 2026, and the redraw winner is notified and published in the same way. Every prize will be awarded.
  17. Disputes. A dispute about the conduct of the promotion, the award of entries, or the claiming of a prize should be sent to enquiries@asetica.com.au. The Promoter responds in writing within 10 business days. Nothing in these conditions limits an entrant's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  18. Disqualification. The Promoter may disqualify an entry that is fraudulent, that relates to a project that is not genuine or is not scheduled within the period in clause 7, or that results from tampering with the entry process.
  19. Privacy and use of information. The Promoter collects entrants' and registrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion: recording registrations and entries, matching a stonemason's contact to an entrant, conducting the draw, and notifying and publishing winners. Information will not be used for any purpose outside these conditions of entry. Registering or entering does not subscribe anyone to Asetica marketing. Marketing consent is a separate, optional opt-in and is never a condition of entry or of receiving a prize. Information is handled per the Promoter's privacy policy.
  20. Records. The Promoter keeps records of registrations, entries, the draw and the distribution of prizes for 3 years after the promotion is finalised.
  21. Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with it. Any information an entrant provides is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta.
  22. Tax. A winner who enters as a business should obtain their own advice on any tax consequences of receiving a prize. The Promoter gives no taxation advice.
  23. General. The promotion is conducted in Victoria in accordance with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and the Gambling Regulations 2026 (Vic). No permit is required in Victoria for a trade promotion lottery. Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right under the Australian Consumer Law.
